Here is a detailed schedule of our upcoming Annual Parade Week-end at Raymond Bourque Arena located at 2345 boul Thimens, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, H4R 1T4:

 

Schedule – Annual Parade May 24-25, 2025

 

Saturday, May 24, 2025

8:30 Arrival of senior officers and cadets at the arena

9:00 Cadets arrival and inspection of uniforms

9:30 Parade practice

12:30 Lunch (Costco hot-dogs/Falafel for vegetarians)

13:00 Practice Music

14:30 Practice Drill

16:00 Departure

 

Notes:

 

1. Cadets must come dressed in regular clothes and bring their washed and pressed uniform in a garment bag and polished boots in a box.

2. Make sure that your name is written on all of your items and that your items are organized

3. Uniforms will stay locked at the arena until Sunday

4. After Parade practice, cadets who’s uniforms will have passed the inspection and are not part of demonstrations will be free to go (around 1:00 pm).

5. After Parade practice, cadets who’s uniforms will have failed the inspection will have to stay to work on them.

6. Officers and seamstresses will be on site to help sow, shine and iron from 1:00 to 3:00 pm

7. Band members are required to stay until 2:30 pm

8. Drill team members are required to stay until 4:00 pm

9:15 Parade practice

11:30 Lunch (Domino’s pizza)

12:00 First wave of cadets in the locker room to change into uniform

12:30 Second wave of cadets in locker rooms to change into uniform

13:00 Start of Annual Review

15:00 End of Annual Review / Group Photo / Cake for everyone

16:00 Dismantling

16:30 Departure

 

Notes:

 

1. Cadets must come dressed in regular clothes and be dropped off at the arena as per the above schedule.

2. Parents and family are welcome back at the arena at 1:00 pm to get the best seats for the parade!

3. Our cadets are required to stay until 4:30 pm on Sunday as they will be doing the and helping with clean-up afterwards.
