GLIDER FAMILIARIZATION FLIGHT
588 Eric Simms Squadron will be participating in a Glider Familiarization Flight on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Aéroport régional Roland-Désourdy in Bromont.
Only 40 spots are available. Cadets who are afraid of heights should not participate.
Arrival: 0700 hrs at 1415 Filion
Transportation: School bus with officer escorts
Meals: Bring your own lunch and snacks
Clothing: Dress appropriately for spending the day outdoors
Medical Card: Required before departure
Medications: Bring prescription medications in their original containers. Puffers and EpiPens must remain on the cadet at all times.
Pick-up: 1715 hrs at 1415 Filion
Cadets may bring cards or games to use while waiting for their flight.
Permission slips must be signed by a parent/guardian and submitted to Admin by September 22, 2026.
